a two part virtual herbal workshop : A Body Re-Membered series

april 18th and april 19th | 11am-1pm CST

over three sessions, we will explore:

• somatic and embodiment: each session opens with grounding and closes with embodiment practices to integrate the work

• herbal knowledge and energetics: each session we will learn how herbs work in water, honey, and oil as well as exploring herbal properties

• hands on practice and creation: guided demonstrations and breakout sessions to create your own herbal medicine

herbs, oils, or other materials are not included. you will be guided in creating with what you have or can source.

i will only be inviting a limited number of participants so that we can hold a supportive and intentional space together.
