womb healing + wellness

these sessions are rooted in womb wisdom, somatic healing, ancestral practices, and trauma-informed care. they support emotional, spiritual, and physical restoration for those navigating sexual trauma, womb loss, reproductive grief, birth trauma, life transitions, and the desire to deepen connection with the body and intuition.

birthwork support

in birth, the mother is also being born again. this work supports not only the safe passage of baby, but your grounding, embodiment, and ability to make informed, empowered choices. as a birthworker, my intention is to help hold the space for the birth you have envisioned and called in—supported through ancestral wisdom, spiritual care, and embodied, practical support.

community healing

healing is not meant to be done alone. these offerings create space for collective care, remembrance, creativity, embodiment, and connection through shared experience. through gathering, movement, ritual, and creative expression, we cultivate spaces of safety, presence, and shared transformation..

Our Reviews

“I became pregnant and knew that I wanted to have home birth with my first child. When I reached out for doula services from Tiara, I didn’t know that I would not only be preparing for motherhood of way of having my daughter, but she helped transform my very life. Every prenatal session we had helped transform my mindset & my heart. She helped me to speak freely and release chains that had been implanted into me from childhood.

From yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and artistic expression, I learned how to channel my hurt into something beautiful. Not only was I birthing a daughter, I was also birthing a new me. Her space was also so warm and inviting, and in the midst of some of my hardest times, she guided me to a soft landing and helped me learn that love wasn’t supposed to be hard or difficult. She was there for my labor, and helped my family to get involved with my birthing experience. And after my baby was born, she stayed with us, made sure we were taken care of.

I couldn’t have done it without her & if/when God allows me to have another child, I pray she’ll be there again.”

“I cannot say enough about the support we received. From our very first meeting, our doula made us feel heard, prepared, and genuinely cared for. She took the time to understand our birth preferences, walked us through every scenario we might face, and never made us feel rushed or dismissed.

When my water broke and I was not yet in active labor there were things that didn’t go as planned. So having her there was like having a calm anchor in the middle of a storm. She guided my breathing, suggested position changes that actually helped with the pain, advocated for us when we needed it, and kept my partner involved and confident throughout. There were moments I truly don’t think I could have gotten through without her steady presence.

The postpartum check-ins were something I didn’t know I needed until I had them. She helped me navigate breastfeeding challenges, process the emotional whirlwind of those first weeks, and reminded me to extend grace to myself.”

“When I decided to pursue herbalism, I enrolled in Tiara’s program and it became one of the most impactful educational experiences on my wellness journey. Her curriculum went far beyond herbs alone. We studied herbalism, women’s reproductive health, neuropathy, and holistic wellness, all through a thoughtful and comprehensive approach.

Tiara is an incredibly knowledgeable educator who has a gift for making complex topics easy to understand. Her classes were engaging, hands-on, and filled with practical information that I still carry with me today. She created a learning environment that encouraged growth, curiosity, and confidence

I also had the privilege of participating in her prenatal yoga classes, where her calming presence and passion for wellness were evident in every session. Whether serving as a doula, herbalist, yoga instructor, or educator, Tiara brings the same level of care, professionalism, and dedication to her work.”
